Ahmed (AG) Galal, MD, FRCPC, MSc, is a fellowship-trained hematologist, medical oncologist, and hematopathologist specializing in bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapy. As the Director of Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy, Dr. Galal brings a unique blend of clinical precision and compassionate care to every patient interaction, thanks to his decades of experience in treating complex hematologic malignancies.
“My goal is to offer not only the most advanced therapies available, but also a steady, empathetic presence,” says Dr. Galal. “I see each patient as a whole person, and I’m honored to walk alongside them through every step of their journey.”
Dr. Galal is fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and has provided care and education across the globe—from Canada and the U.S. to Egypt, Sweden, and South Africa. He is deeply committed to mentoring future physicians and advancing equitable access to care, especially for underserved and immigrant communities.
Dr. Galal enjoys traveling, reading history and philosophy, playing music, and spending time in nature with his family.
