Benjamin T. Herms, MD, is a medical oncologist and hematologist who specializes in lung cancer and genitourinary cancer. Dr. Herms is board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology and serves as OHC’s principal investigator for genitourinary clinical trials. He also has a special interest in palliative care.
“Specializing in cancer care gives me the opportunity to be on the cutting edge of science and medicine with the opportunity to interact very personally with my patients and their families. I take the time to get to know them so I can identify additional support they may need and help them through their cancer journey,” said Dr. Herms.
In his free time, Dr. Herms enjoys spending time with his family: his wife, their four children and their dog.
