The receptionist, lab technicians, and the doctor were all so pleasant and professional. My experience was nothing short of excellent. The receptionist was welcoming with a smile and had a pleasant demeanor. The technicians were mindful of my feelings and told me what they were doing prior to drawing my blood, taking any necessary vitals etc. They were personable and I was sure that they had everything under control. This was my first experience in meeting Dr. Mettu. He made me feel at ease and was very pleasant. He is well-spoken and I feel confident in his care. I am happy and if someone will listen I refer them. – P.Z., June 2022
