Savannah Himes with Dr. Patrick Ward.

At OHC, we believe a hallmark of our care is the relationship we develop with our patients, their families, and friends. They become part of our extended family and we are honored by the trust they have in us with their care. What we receive in return cannot always be put into words.

Savannah Himes, a 3rd grader at Ripley Union Lewis Huntington School made a surprise visit with her grandmother Missy Davis to our Blue Ash office. Savannah’s mother was a patient of Dr. Patrick Ward. Savannah delivered a gift which she made – a beautiful hand-made Christmas candle placed on a platform designed as a wintery scene. It was not only beautiful but magical.

Thank you Savannah for sharing your talent and kindness. It proudly sits on Dr. Pat Ward’s desk as a reminder of how much our patients and their families touch our lives each and every day.

Dr Ward is very special to our Family. My Daughter who lost her life Thanksgiving 2014 left behind Savannah and a set of 19 month old twins who also just went to visit Dr Ward and took him a Christmas Cactus. They are so young and they remember him and they know he took care of their mommy. I am so grateful that he takes time for these 3 children. He’s one of a kind. Thank you for making her day. She was so excited she called everyone she could think of about this. Again thank you very much.
